Journey to the Amalfi Coast through a thoughtfully curated menu that celebrates the ingredients and flavours of Southern Italy.

Savour highlights such as yellowfin tuna tartare, a traditional Mediterranean seabass fillet, and spaghetti with Cetara anchovy sauce. Using prized ingredients such as tiger prawns, yellowfin tuna, and the renowned anchovies of Cetara, each dish captures the vibrant flavours and spirit of the Amalfi.

Adriano Wine Dinner

Nestled in the heart of Piedmont's renowned Langhe region, in the township of San Rocco Seno d’Elvio, Adriano Marco e Vittorio is a family-owned winery dedicated to expressing the character and richness of its terroir through estate-grown grapes. The Adriano family's winemaking heritage dates back to the early 20th century, when Giuseppe Adriano and his wife, Teresa, first began cultivating vineyards, laying the foundation for generations of craftsmanship.

For one night only, discover exceptional labels including the Adriano Langhe Sauvignon Basaricò DOC 2016, the Adriano Barbera d'Alba Superiore Tòiu DOC 2021, and Adriano Barbaresco Basarin DOCG 2021, thoughtfully paired with a curated 5-course Italian set menu. Culinary highlights include Delizie del Mare, pan-seared Hokkaido scallop with Parma ham chips, oyster rockefeller and octopus croquette; as well as Tortello al Brasato di Manzo, braised Robbins Island wagyu-stuffed pasta with morel mushroom, Parmesan tuile, and summer black truffle.

Guided by a deep respect for the terroir, the estate practices green, reconsidered and sustainable viticulture. Select from the aromatic Adriano Langhe Sauvignon Basaricò DOC 2024 or the expressive Adiano Barbera d’Alba Superiore Tòiu DOC 2021 to complement your meal at Sophia. Available by the bottle are the Adriano Barbaresco Basarin DOCG 2021, and the Adriano Moscato d’Asti Maddalena DOCG 2024.

Sunday Brunch at Sophia

Sunday Brunch at Sophia transforms the dining room into a convivial atmosphere, with music from a 3-piece live band while guests are welcomed with Mimosas and Aperol Spritzes.
Look forward to a mozzarella bar, pastas prepared a la minute, artisanal cheeses and a gelato cart which makes its way around the dining room scooping out freshly made gelato, in addition to pass arounds of Sophia's signature tiramisu.
